First Session of the Day Film Camp in Dobřany
Camp Activities
The first session of the DAY FILM CAMP in Dobřany was truly cinematic!
After the first day of introductions and team games, the group of campers went on a trip to Prague. Walking through Old Town Square and across Charles Bridge, they arrived at the Karel Zeman Museum. It was a true cinematic paradise! In addition to touring the museum and searching for trilobites, the participants enjoyed the museum's interactive environment while making a short film. The Prague trip also included a boat ride on the Vltava River.
In the following days, a director visited the children, thoroughly acquainting them with the process of filmmaking – they became actors, directors, cameramen, location scouts, and screenwriters, and even made their own mini-film.
The entire week was filled with games, treasure hunts, team-building activities, and personal challenges, such as earning scout badges.
We all had a great time and are looking forward to next year's camp!
