Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser.
We only use strictly necessary cookies, without which the website cannot work properly. They do not require your consent. We do not use cookies for audience measurement or advertising.

Content from other providers
Some pages contain embedded YouTube videos (Google Ireland Limited). A video is loaded directly from YouTube's servers, so YouTube learns your IP address and details about your browser. We embed videos in privacy-enhanced mode, in which YouTube only stores cookies once you start the video. Google is responsible for the processing of data on its side; you can find more in its privacy policy.
What data we process
Visiting the website
On every visit, the hosting provider's server stores a technical record: IP address, date and time, the address visited and the browser type. These records are used to ensure the operation and security of the website and to fix errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The records are kept for as long as necessary to ensure the operation and security of the website in accordance with the hosting provider's rules and are then deleted.
In addition, the website application stores a record for each page viewed, containing the IP address, browser type, the address visited and data submitted via forms. These records are used to fix errors and to secure the website; the legal basis is our legitimate interest. We keep them for as long as necessary for these purposes and then delete them.
When you write to us
If you send us an e-mail, we process your address and the content of your message so that we can reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in dealing with your enquiry. We keep messages only for as long as necessary to deal with them.
Tickets
Tickets are sold through the Entradio booking system at vstupenky.juniorfest.cz. Any data you enter there is processed in accordance with the information provided in that system.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our news using the form in the website footer, we store your e-mail address and send you news about the festival. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We keep your address until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the e-mail or by writing to info@juniorfest.cz. We send the newsletter using the Ecomail service.
Social networks
The links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify and YouTube in the website header and footer are ordinary links. Until you click on one of them, the website does not pass anything to these networks.
Who has access to the data
Only our staff and the processors who run the website for us have access to the data:

- RTsoft s.r.o., Company ID No. 290 92 540, website development and maintenance,
- ECOMAIL.CZ, s.r.o., Company ID No. 027 62 943, newsletter delivery.
We do not sell data and we do not ourselves transfer it to countries outside the European Union.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- request access to your data,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict the processing,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- receive your data in a portable format (data portability),
- withdraw your consent at any time, if you have given it.
Please send your request to info@juniorfest.cz. We will deal with it without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
If you believe that we are handling your data in breach of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
